Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Covenant Institute website, online content, forms, educational materials, donation pages, event information, and related digital services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Covenant Institute may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Mission and Content
Covenant Institute is a religious freedom, civil liberties, anti-hate education, antisemitism education, and faith-community protection initiative. Website content is provided for educational, informational, civic, religious-literacy, donor, and community-engagement purposes.
Our content may address sensitive issues involving faith, civil liberty, antisemitism, anti-hate education, public protest, campus life, religious identity, and community protection. Users are expected to engage the website and any related programs in good faith, with respect for human dignity, lawful expression, and civil discourse.
No Legal, Tax, Security, or Professional Advice
Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, security, law-enforcement, emergency, mental-health, or professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for advice regarding your specific circumstances.
Donations and Tax Matters
Donations support the Covenant Institute mission, programs, education, advocacy, faith-community protection, and organizational development. Donation options, including Zelle or other methods, may be described on this website.
Tax treatment of donations depends on applicable law, donor circumstances, and the legal status of the recipient organization at the time of contribution. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors and maintaining appropriate records. Covenant Institute may provide receipts or acknowledgments when appropriate, but nothing on this website constitutes tax advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, donations are not payments for goods or services and do not create ownership rights, voting rights, control rights, employment rights, or any entitlement to direct Covenant Institute operations.
Forms and User Submissions
When you submit a contact form, newsletter form, Faith Protection request, donor inquiry, program inquiry, or other communication, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that Covenant Institute may use it to evaluate, respond to, route, or fulfill your request.
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, malicious, false, confidential third-party, or sensitive information that you are not authorized to provide. Covenant Institute may decline, remove, ignore, preserve, or report submissions where appropriate.
Faith Protection Requests
Submitting a Faith Protection inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, funding, security coverage, event staffing, emergency response, or availability of services. Covenant Institute may review requests based on mission alignment, capacity, geographic availability, donor funding, security-provider availability, legal requirements, risk factors, and other operational considerations.
Where services are provided, they may be provided through local licensed security providers, venues, consultants, partners, or other third parties subject to applicable law, provider requirements, and separate terms or agreements.
